Message I'm looking at purchasing a fuel tuner. That led to me check out this item ->
It's the HKS super AFR.
The Super AFR is a user programmable piggyback fuel computer designed to allow the user to tune for the higher fuel requirements needed when running higher than stock boost levels. The Super AFR intercepts the mass air sensor signal and allows the user to add or subtract fuel in eleven user-definable zones from 1000 rpm to 8000 rpm. This unit is typically for enthusiasts who have fitted larger injectors, fuel pumps and other fuel system modifications. Through careful tuning of the Super AFR, the user can "fool" the factory computer into thinking it is running with the stock fuel system, when in reality, it is sending signals to properly and efficiently control injectors up to 50% larger.

While it sounds good... my questions are - 1) will it fit the Z as far as working harmoniously with the JWT ECU?
2) How is it any better / worse than the Apex S-AFC?
3) Does any one have / had any experience with this or any other fuel tuner that they would recommend?
Thanks for all the help! :-)
